Note 1: TG-40 Section III and Table V identifies suggested periodicity and test criterion for this activity. The semi-annual activity will be performed by the dosimetrist per Procedures 1.1.2.2, 1.1.2.3, 1.1.2.4, 1.1.2.5, and 1.1.2.6. The physicist will review and approve the results.
